Job Description

Build and manage long-term relationships with a portfolio of key advertising clients and agency partners, serving as their primary point of contact for custom partnership opportunities. Develop account strategies in close collaboration with the Ad Sales team, identifying the right opportunities for each partner based on their brand objectives, budget, and creative appetite. Proactively engage with senior marketing and creative decision-makers at brands to understand their goals — and position Netflix partnerships as a meaningful solution before a brief even lands. Ensure a coordinated approach across all potential touchpoints so partners receive one cohesive Netflix experience, regardless of which internal team is involved. Lead the development and pitch of custom, content-driven partnership programs — from integrations to sports sponsorships to fully bespoke branded content — both proactively and in response to client briefs. Collaborate closely with Title Management throughout campaign development to drive authentic, impactful connections between our IP and the brand. Champion creative excellence for each program in collaboration with our internal Brand Creative Studio, ensuring every idea is in service of the fans, grounded in genuine IP affinity, and built to the highest creative standard. Maintain visibility and tracking across all active opportunities, keeping internal stakeholders aligned throughout the pitch process. Own the post-sale client relationship end-to-end — serving as the lead point of contact for partners throughout campaign production and delivery, coordinating with internal stakeholders and managing any issues that arise. Track revenue, deliverables, and campaign outcomes, and contribute to post-campaign reporting and learnings shared with sales and leadership. Bring marketplace perspective back into the business, sharing what brands are prioritizing, where demand is building, and what partnership opportunities are resonating to inform how we develop and package our offerings.
