Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Lead and scale a high-performing Americas regional marketing team into a proactive powerhouse, directly mentoring talent and fostering a data-driven, collaborative culture.
  • Strategically allocate team responsibilities to maximize market coverage and high-touch execution across key territories.
  • Develop and execute the Americas regional marketing strategy to drive pipeline creation, expand existing accounts, and improve territory health.
  • Ensure regional programs seamlessly integrate with corporate campaigns, product/partner priorities, and regional sales objectives.
  • Direct strategy for Armis-branded executive events, regional programs, partner co-marketing, and industry conferences
  • Deliver premium experiences—including executive roundtables and CISO-focused engagements—that strengthen relationships and generate elite demand
  • Oversee end-to-end regional execution ensuring seamless logistics, clear messaging, and measurable pipeline impact
  • Define and track KPIs tied directly to regional pipeline creation, marketing influence, and sales velocity
  • Manage the Americas regional marketing budget efficiently, using data-driven insights to refine strategies and maximize ROI

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in field marketing, regional marketing, or demand generation within B2B technology, with a strong preference for cybersecurity.
  • Lead and develop a team of Field Marketing Managers to drive pipeline creation and revenue target achievement across assigned territories/verticals.
  • Pipeline Champion: Proven ability to drive measurable pipeline impact and scale market penetration through sophisticated regional and partner marketing programs.
  • Proven ability to plan, execute, and optimize marketing programs that target technical and executive audiences (CIOs, CISOs, DevOps, Security Architects, etc.).
  • Analytical Mindset: Strong capabilities in measuring pipeline influence, tracking attribution models, and maximizing marketing ROI.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and a track record of successful collaboration with cross-functional teams across sales, marketing, and technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to work seamlessly in a decentralized, cross-cultural team environment, fostering strong relationships and driving alignment toward common goals.
