  • Own end-to-end funnel metrics and performance visibility
  • Lead the experimentation portfolio and cross-team briefs
  • Align demand, activation, and conversion across surfaces

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Own Funnel Performance: Define and maintain the end-to-end funnel, stages and business KPIs across consumer intent, access, prescription, fulfillment, onboarding and sustained engagement. Establish a clear view of how consumers progress and where performance is changing.
  • Identify and Size Opportunities: Find the most significant points of drop-off and friction, quantify the consumer and business opportunity behind them, and distinguish meaningful conversion opportunities from noise.
  • Prioritize the Optimization Agenda: Maintain a prioritized funnel optimization roadmap based on expected impact, confidence, urgency and effort. Create clarity on which problems the organization should address first and why.
  • Translate Opportunities into Actionable Briefs: Turn identified funnel opportunities into clear briefs for Journey Design, Behavioral Science, CRM, App & Web, Membership, brand, access and other execution teams, defining the performance problem, target behavior, opportunity size, hypothesis and success measure.
  • Lead the Experimentation Portfolio: Own the conversion experiment backlog, prioritization, measurement approach and performance readout. Partner with Journey Design, Behavioral Science and channel owners on intervention and test design, ensuring experiments have clear hypotheses, appropriate rigor and actionable results.
  • Mobilize Cross-Functional Execution: Work across teams that own different stages and consumer surfaces to move priority interventions into execution, clarify ownership and dependencies, create momentum, and escalate barriers when required.
  • Connect Demand to Conversion: Partner with brand and Omnichannel teams to understand the quality and intent of incoming demand and ensure acquisition activity connects to consumer experiences that support progression through the funnel.
  • Measure Impact and Reprioritize: Determine whether interventions produced meaningful improvement, separate correlation from impact where possible, capture learnings from both successful and unsuccessful tests, and continuously redirect effort toward the highest-return opportunities.
  • Create Performance Visibility: Establish a regular view of funnel performance for CMES leadership that shows where performance is improving or declining, the opportunities currently being addressed, what has been learned, and what the organization should do next.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Analytics or related field; master's degree preferred
  • 6+ years in growth, conversion-rate optimization, performance marketing or lifecycle marketing, with direct ownership of a funnel metric (activation, conversion or retention)
  • Demonstrated track record moving a conversion metric - you can say by how much, on what, and how you knew
  • Hands-on experimentation: you have designed, launched and read a high volume of tests, and shut down the ones that did not work
  • Fluent with product and web analytics and experimentation platforms; comfortable in SQL or working through analysts to get answers quickly
  • Experience prioritizing a backlog by opportunity size, with a model you can show
  • Experience with multi-step funnels involving third parties (payments, identity verification, insurance, prescriptions, onboarding) valued
  • Pharmaceutical experience is not required. Growth experience from consumer technology, fintech, digital health, marketplaces, subscription or insurance industries is what this role needs.

Preferred

  • master's degree preferred

Benefits

  • medical, dental and vision coverage; life insurance; disability insurance; 401(k) savings plan; flexible spending accounts; employee assistance program; tuition reimbursement program; and voluntary benefits such as group legal, critical illness, identity theft protection, pet insurance and auto/home insurance.
