Job Description

Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of data analysts, covering topics across the customer acquisition funnel
  • Deliver clear, data-driven insights and recommendations to senior leadership
  • Own and evolve attribution frameworks across digital and offline channels
  • Develop incrementality and impact measurement strategies across channels
  • Manage and optimize MMP integrations (e.g., AppsFlyer) to ensure accurate performance tracking
  • Partner with internal marketing and external agency teams to validate tracking, resolve discrepancies, and improve signal quality
  • Build and maintain acquisition forecasting models to support budget allocation and scenario planning
  • Define and measure new customer quality metrics
Requirements
  • 7+ years of experience in data & analytics
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing analytics, growth analytics, or acquisition strategy
  • 3+ years of experience managing or mentoring analysts
  • Deep experience with acquisition measurement across a broad media mix
  • Hands-on experience with MMP platforms (AppsFlyer strongly preferred)
  • Experience working with agency partners and external vendors
  • Proven experience building forecasting models and measuring incrementality
  • Advanced SQL
  • Tableau (strongly preferred) or similar BI tool
  • Excel
Preferred
  • Python (preferred)
  • AppsFlyer experience
  • Tableau experience strongly preferred
  • Python experience preferred for modeling, automation, or statistical analysis
