Job Description

Responsibilities
  • Shape Executive External Presence
  • Prepare executives for high-visibility engagements including keynotes, fireside chats, panels, press interviews, and industry events
  • Develop comprehensive briefing packages and coordinate rehearsals that set leaders up for success
  • Create compelling external messaging that showcases ProServe's leadership in AI transformation and professional services innovation
  • Drive Strategic Engagement Programs
  • Define strategy and measurement requirements for ProServe's external engagement initiatives
  • Analyze inputs from industry trends, customer needs, competitive landscape, and executive priorities to formulate multi-channel engagement strategies
  • Build relationships with customer and internal stakeholders, from C-level executives to subject matter experts
  • Continuously Improve & Innovate
  • Capture feedback from customer and partner interactions to develop continuous improvement cycles
Requirements
  • 6+ years of professional work (non-internship) experience
  • Experience effectively communicating complex concepts through written and verbal communication
  • Experience with executive thought leadership at VP level
  • Experience with Social Media and Channel Management Strategy
  • Experience with brand strategy and reputation management
Preferred
  • Experience driving direction and alignment with large cross-functional teams and agency partners
  • Experience in a business-to-business (B2B) environment, high-tech products/services
  • Experience with consumer brands and experience design, and a passion for storytelling
  • Experience in using agentic and generative AI solutions to propel your work
