Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Oversee senior client relationships from scope through delivery. Ensure activation work meets NOBODY's standards for quality, performance, and client experience. Lead complex engagements, proactively identify risks and opportunities, and serve as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders.
  • Partner with Insights and Strategy to translate intelligence into activation plans. Guide the development of social-first campaigns, grassroots advocacy programs, community engagement efforts, and real-time response strategies. Ensure audience, channel, messaging, sequencing, and measurement decisions are aligned and effective.
  • Lead a creative team that understands how narratives form and spread across modern platforms. Maintain a standard for work that is platform-native, audience-aware, and built for participation.
  • Oversee creator and influencer programs, ensuring recommendations are aligned to client objectives and grounded in credibility, relevance, and performance. Continue evolving how NOBODY approaches creator engagement across industries and use cases.
  • Guide paid media strategy across client engagements. Ensure targeting, measurement, testing, and investment decisions support broader client objectives while maintaining strong operational discipline.
  • Lead the teams responsible for owned social content, executive visibility programs, employee advocacy initiatives, and real-time activation. Ensure content is strategically aligned and executed with consistency across clients.
  • Manage, develop, and retain Activation team members. Establish clear standards, coach emerging leaders, improve delivery processes, and create an environment where strong work can scale. Help identify capability gaps and contribute to hiring, onboarding, and professional development efforts.
  • Partner with the Managing Director, Activation on business development, activation offerings, and new growth opportunities. Contribute to the evolution of NOBODY's activation methodologies, frameworks, and points of view. Identify emerging platform shifts, technologies, tools, and operating models that can improve client outcomes and strengthen the practice. Help develop scalable processes, standards, and ways of working that increase the effectiveness of the Activation team.

Requirements

  • 8-12 years leading integrated, social-first campaigns within an agency, consultancy, or in-house environment.
  • Experience leading activation work in complex, stakeholder-rich environments preferred, including B2B, corporate affairs, technology, trade associations, public affairs, advocacy, or reputation-driven communications.
  • You're comfortable operating in categories where trust, influence, and narrative matter as much as awareness, and where the audience extends far beyond consumers.
  • Proven experience leading multidisciplinary teams spanning strategy, creative, content, creators, and media.
  • Deep understanding of modern social platforms, creator ecosystems, paid media, and audience behavior.
  • Strong client leadership skills with experience advising senior stakeholders through complex communications, reputation, or marketing challenges.
  • Able to independently lead large engagements from planning through execution while maintaining high standards for quality and performance.
  • Strong operator who can improve processes, scale teams, and create clarity across complex workstreams.
  • Analytically grounded and comfortable using performance data and intelligence to guide decisions.
  • A bias for action. You move quickly, solve problems, and proactively improve the work around you.
