Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Develop and own the enterprise media strategy across brand and shopper touchpoints, ensuring alignment with company goals, category priorities, and retail partner strategies.
  • Build a cohesive full funnel approach that connects brand awareness, consideration, and instore/online conversion and guide media investments across channels with a data-driven and customer first approach.
  • Establish a unified measurement framework spanning brand equity, media effectiveness, and retail performance.
  • Ensure media investments deliver strong ROI and support continuous improvement by championing advanced analytics and measurement (e.g. MMM, MTA, incrementality testing, clean room analysis/insights)
  • Serve as a senior advisor to executive leadership on media trends, retail media innovation, and emerging technologies.
  • Develop best-in-class agency management practice
  • Establish advanced audience strategy function and build a capability roadmap to identify and activate growth opportunities. Partners closely with cross functional teams (customer analytics, product, and category teams) and capabilities (e.g. clean rooms, CDP, on-boarding partners).
  • Establish media partnerships, integrate, and co-partner with cross functional leaders on enterprise JBPs

Requirements

  • 12 years of experience in media strategy across brand and shopper environments, ideally within retail or consumer focused industries
  • 8 years of experience in leadership, communication, and stakeholder management roles
  • 8 years of experience in full funnel media planning, retail media networks, and/or omnichannel marketing
  • Proven success managing large budgets, complex agency ecosystems, and cross functional teams
  • Strong analytical mindset with experience in media measurement, attribution, and performance optimization
