  • Develop proactive response frameworks and risk-mitigation models in order to safeguard corporate reputation and maintain public trust during critical business or industry events.
  • Oversee the direction and performance of all corporate digital and social media channels in order to optimize multi-platform engagement with our global community.
  • Establish advanced operational KPIs and attribution metrics across all communication vectors in order to measure and prove business impact, brand sentiment, and pipeline influence.

  • Lead, mentor, and scale a high-performing team of communication specialists and content creators in order to cultivate internal talent, maximize operational velocity, and foster a world-class culture of accountability.

Requirements

  • Experience with building and executing multi-channel global communications, PR, and social media strategies at scale within a high-growth SaaS, cloud infrastructure, or tech environment.
  • A deep understanding of public relations methodologies, crisis management frameworks, and the shifting nuances of algorithmic digital channels.
  • Experience with handling corporate visibility operations and acting as a trusted liaison to media entities, industry analysts, and executive stakeholders.
  • The human element: Exceptional relational intelligence and diplomacy skills, enabling you to harmonize diverse cross-functional teams and build ironclad partnerships across organizational boundaries.
  • A growth-mindset approach: A natural appetite for constructive feedback, a relentless drive to challenge stale brand paradigms, and a "leave it better than you found it" attitude.
  • Fearlessness: Marketing has to create compelling stories from highly technical products and concepts, with new ones emerging almost every day. We must learn all the time, ask the basic questions, and be willing to fail in order to learn more.

Benefits

  • We care about your well-being. Regardless of your location, we will provide you with a competitive array of benefits to support you from our Employee Assistance Program to Local Employee Meetups to flexible time off policy, to name a few.
  • While the philosophy around our benefits is the same worldwide, specific benefits may vary based on local regulations and preferences.
