Job Summary

Own the Graduate School’s communications and cross-campus strategy with executive-level control of messaging, enrollment communications, and stakeholder partnerships.

  • Enrollment and messaging: Lead graduate enrollment communications and digital engagement aligned with university priorities.
  • Cross-campus coordination: Ensure coordinated messaging and advancement of Graduate School priorities across leaders, colleges, and external partners.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Executive leadership for strategic communications and organizational initiatives for the Graduate School.
  • Lead integrated strategies that advance graduate education, enrollment growth, institutional reputation, student engagement, research visibility, and university priorities.
  • Executive oversight for strategic communications, executive messaging, public-facing initiatives, graduate enrollment communications, institutional partnerships, digital engagement strategy, and cross-campus alignment.
  • Collaborate with university leadership, academic colleges, enrollment management, university communications, student success units, graduate students, and external stakeholders to ensure coordinated messaging and strategic advancement of Graduate School priorities.
  • Supervise communications and engagement personnel and provide strategic direction for planning, assessment metrics, and emerging opportunities that support the Graduate School’s mission and long-term goals.
