Job Summary

Own cross-functional communications leadership and cadence, turning complex executive priorities into coordinated updates and plans that accelerate PepsiCo’s strategic narratives across enterprise and regional teams.

  • Governance & Cadence: Align leadership forums and run weekly, monthly, and quarterly cadences to keep priorities laser-focused.
  • Execution & Reporting: Produce executive-ready updates and standardized reporting to improve consistency and impact measurement.
  • Cross-Function & Special Projects: Lead high-impact initiatives with SMEs across PEC and Corporate Affairs to shape perceptions and business outcomes.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Directly support Head of PepsiCo Global Communications in managing the function agenda, ensuring focus on top priorities.
  • Lead development of executive-ready updates.
  • Act as a central point of coordination across leadership forums (e.g., CLT, CALT, PEC).
  • Establish and run core communications operating cadences (weekly, monthly, quarterly).
  • Ensure consistency, quality, and timeliness of key deliverables and reporting.
  • Continuously improve processes to streamline workflows and reduce inefficiencies.
  • Drive development and adoption of standardized tools, templates, and reporting formats.
  • Improve how teams deliver, measure, and communicate impact.
  • Serve as the primary lead on high-impact special projects that shape stakeholder perceptions of PepsiCo and substantively influence business operations.
  • Provide comprehensive project management, aligning external and internal SMEs, PEC, and Corporate Affairs specialists for seamless execution.

Requirements

  • 10-15 years of relevant experience across Communications or related positions
  • Project Management and Organizational Skills: Must excel in project management, translating complex visions into actionable plans, and driving projects forward with proactive, sustained management.
  • Executive Presence and Diplomacy: Demonstrates exceptional collaboration, diplomacy, and solution-oriented leadership, capable of building strong, productive relationships internally and externally.
  • Judgment and Decision-Making Skills: Ability to prioritize effectively and make swift, well-considered decisions.
  • Communication Skills: Must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, adaptable to a range of audiences and channels.
  • Strong PepsiCo business knowledge, including field operations and a strategic mindset.
  • Global outlook with sensitivity and awareness of social and cultural differences.
  • Strong track record of driving results in complex, multi-stakeholder, volatile, and uncertain environments.
  • Maintain the highest level of discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive and proprietary information, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal regulations.
