Responsibilities

• Refine and strengthen BSG’s core branding and value proposition.
• Develop and maintain a library of client case studies tied to measurable outcomes.
• Create and update pitch decks, proposals, and marketing collateral.
• Support vertical-specific positioning for priority growth sectors.
• Assist in organizing and clarifying service tiers and external messaging.
• Support Strategic Accounts presentations and cross-practice growth initiatives.
• Coordinate development and distribution of public-facing research or thought leadership.
• Ensure consistency of brand and positioning across materials.
• Track marketing activities and performance metrics tied to growth.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in B2B or professional services marketing.
• Strong writing and presentation skills with high attention to detail.
• Experience developing marketing materials that support business development.
• Organized and execution-focused with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Commercially curious and interested in developing deeper growth acumen over time.
• Grounded, problem solver, comfortable with ambiguity and fast-moving environments.
• Comfortable taking ownership of projects and driving them to completion.
