Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Drive Deltek’s external narrative across analyst relations, public relations, and content. Partner with Brand and Content teams to activate core narratives through media, storytelling, and thought leadership, while maintaining clarity and consistency across earned and analyst channels.
  • Own Deltek’s global analyst relations program end-to-end. Partner with Product, Product Marketing, and executive leadership to develop compelling analyst positioning. Coordinate participation in analyst evaluations and reports to strengthen visibility and differentiation. Translate analyst insights into actionable messaging that informs PR and go-to-market strategies, and engage directly with analysts as a credible Deltek representative.
  • Drive a cohesive external narrative across media in close partnership with the PR Director. Shape differentiated stories that position Deltek as a leader in an emerging technological wave, translating innovation into clear, relevant media narratives. Apply an enterprise software perspective to elevate media engagement and thought leadership.
  • Partner with Performance and Content Marketing to ensure analyst content, earned media, and bylines are optimized for AI-powered search and large language model discoverability. Help shape content structure and distribution to improve visibility, citation, and inclusion in AI-generated outputs, while aligning AR and PR efforts to long-term demand generation goals.
  • Lead and support the team with a focus on clarity, collaboration, and execution. Empower the PR Director while providing guidance on narrative, positioning, and priorities. Foster cross-functional collaboration across Content, Performance Marketing, and Product Marketing, and help build scalable ways of working for a multi-solution technology organization.
  • Define and track KPIs across analyst relations, PR, and AI/search-driven visibility. Regularly report insights and recommendations to the Head of Corporate Marketing, CMO, and executive stakeholders, optimizing strategies based on data, market dynamics, and advances in AI and search.
  • Reporting to the Head of Corporate Marketing, this role will lead analyst relations end-to-end and oversee public relations through direct management of the PR Director. Together, they will operate as a unified external communications function to strengthen Deltek’s market authority, visibility, and trust.
  • This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who can operate strategically and executionally—engaging top-tier analysts, shaping executive narratives, and guiding high-impact media opportunities—while aligning closely with Brand, Content, Product Marketing, Performance Marketing, and senior leadership.
