Responsibilities

• Lead Demand Generation Strategy & Planning
• Develop and execute multi-quarter growth strategies aligned to company revenue goals.
• Own acquisition and expansion campaign planning across Panorama’s core solutions.
• Partner with Marketing Ops and RevOps to establish pipeline targets and forecasting models.
• Define audience strategy, frameworks, and channel investment priorities.
• Build scalable campaign playbooks that can be replicated across product lines.
• Drive Integrated Campaign Execution
• Serve as the strategic lead across cross-channel growth initiatives.
• Align paid media, field marketing, lifecycle marketing, content, and sales enablement efforts into cohesive campaigns.
• Ensure full-funnel alignment from awareness through opportunity creation and expansion.

Requirements

• 5-8+ years of experience in growth marketing, demand generation, or campaign leadership within a B2B SaaS environment.
• Proven experience driving measurable pipeline and revenue outcomes.
• Experience building and scaling integrated, multi-channel B2B campaigns.
• Strong analytical and forecasting capabilities.
• Experience partnering closely with Sales and Revenue Operations.
• Ability to influence without authority and lead cross-functional initiatives.
• Experience in SaaS, B2B, or education/edtech preferred.
