Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Brainstorm and contribute ideas for new projects, providing creative input. Develop actionable plans for the shoots.
  • Work closely with videographers/editors, ensuring that all video production tasks are completed to the highest standard.
  • Oversee day-to-day production management, including scheduling shoots, assigning tasks, and tracking progress to meet deadlines.
  • Coordinate all logistical aspects of in-house video production, including set propping and products, talent management, and team assignment as well as set up and tear down of each shoot.
  • Ensure that shooters are following all equipment check-out procedures, so equipment is in good working condition before and following shoots.
  • Schedule and coordinate shoots, ensuring alignment with cross-functional team needs, timelines and creative vision.
  • Ensure that all shoots run smoothly, adhering to the schedule and solving any challenges that may arise.
  • Service as lead during the shoot proving clear instructions and guidance to talent on set, ensuring a smooth and productive shoot.
  • Ensure that multiple video projects remain on track and adhere to timelines, budgets, and quality standards. Manage up to 15 video projects simultaneously per week.
  • Organize and create all necessary information for the shooters and team, including shot lists, schedules, scripts, and creative briefs to ensure final video meets project requirements.

Requirements

  • 4 years of experience in video production, with at least 2-3 years in a leadership or senior producer role.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proven experience in managing video production schedules and coordinating multiple moving parts.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams, talent, and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage tight deadlines while ensuring high-quality output.
  • Proficient in Microsoft package, especially Excel.
  • Knowledge of video production tools and software (e.g., Adobe Premiere, etc.).
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and resourcefulness when dealing with production challenges.
  • Familiarity with managing budgets, and video production resources.
  • Familiarity with shooting permits and location logistics.

Preferred

  • A degree in video production, media, or related field.
  • Experience in digital marketing, content creation, or brand video production.
  • Familiarity with post-production workflows and experience working closely with editors.
