Job Summary

Own and coordinate regional Americas communications efforts, balancing executive messaging, internal alignment, and external branding to drive cross-functional impact and measurable business value.

  • Regional Communications Ownership: Develop strategic plans and counsel Commercial Americas leaders on messaging and positioning across internal and external audiences.
  • Executive and Stakeholder Influence: Shape leadership communications, events, and thought leadership to strengthen brand and business outcomes.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Align with Corporate Communications, Marcom, HR, and External Partners to amplify campaigns and maintain brand consistency.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive Americas communications strategy aligned with global Life Science and corporate priorities.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to Commercial Americas leaders, providing strategic communication counsel and support.
  • Manage and deliver premium, high-impact events that strengthen brand positioning, engage key stakeholders, and create measurable business value.
  • Develop and execute internal communication plans to engage and align Americas employees with business objectives.
  • Support leadership communications, including executive messaging, town halls, and strategic announcements.
  • Drive engagement initiatives that enhance culture, collaboration, and motivation across Americas.
  • Support the Global Communication strategy and agenda by delivering internal/external content.
  • Oversee regional PR, media relations, and thought leadership programs to strengthen brand positioning in alignment with global branding and messaging.
  • Manage content development for external channels, including social media, press releases, and events in collaboration with External Communications.
  • Collaborate with Corporate Communications to ensure brand consistency and maximize external visibility.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 5-7+ years of experience in corporate communications, in the life sciences, healthcare, or pharmaceutical industries.
  • Strong executive presence with the ability to influence and build relationships across all levels.
  • Experience in managing crisis communications and change management initiatives.
  • Role based in MA or St Louis

Preferred

  • Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
  • High adaptability and ability to work in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
  • Creative mindset with a focus on innovation and continuous improvement.
