Job Summary

A Sr Brand Manager will own end-to-end brand stewardship, shopper marketing, packaging initiatives, and consumer engagement, while leading cross-functional GTM planning, budget management, and innovation collaboration to drive brand growth and retail impact.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Brand Strategy & Marketing Communications: Support execution of integrated marketing plans that strengthen brand awareness and consumer engagement
  • Identify emerging marketing trends, technologies, and consumer opportunities that can drive brand growth
  • Partner with agency teams to execute marketing communications, content initiatives, influencer programs, and campaign activations
  • Lead creative review processes to ensure consistency across all brand touchpoints
  • Shopper Marketing & Commercial Activation: Partner closely with Sales teams to ensure marketing initiatives support commercial objectives and customer needs
  • Lead Go-To-Market planning for new product launches, distribution gains, and strategic retail initiatives
  • Develop and execute shopper marketing programs designed to increase trial, conversion, and in-store velocity
  • Communicate marketing priorities and activation plans across internal stakeholders
  • Packaging, Innovation & Retail Execution: Manage packaging updates, optimization projects, and brand refresh initiatives
  • Lead development of retail display programs and merchandising solutions in partnership with Sales teams

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field required
  • 7+ years of experience in Brand Management, Consumer Marketing, or related CPG disciplines
  • Experience within food, beverage, or consumer packaged goods industries strongly preferred
  • Proven success managing integrated marketing programs and agency relationships
  • Experience supporting product innovation, packaging initiatives, and shopper marketing programs
  • Strong understanding of retail, consumer behavior, and brand-building principles
  • Excellent project management, communication, and leadership skills
  • Strong financial acumen with experience managing budgets and evaluating business performance
  • Ability to influence cross-functional teams and drive results in a fast-paced environment
  • Self-starter who thrives in high-growth, entrepreneurial organizations
