Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Leading projects with increasing autonomy, from strategy through media delivery, ensuring all client deliverables are met.
  • Collaborating across departments while managing internal teams and external partners effectively.
  • Overseeing productions of all sizes, from planning through execution, leveraging agency and external resources (TV, radio, video, photography).
  • Serving as a trusted strategic advisor to clients, contributing meaningfully to their marketing and business initiatives.
  • Building and maintaining strong client relationships through proactive, thoughtful engagement.
  • Clearly articulating strategic, creative, and media insights internally and externally.
  • Understanding the rationale behind creative work and client requests to guide projects effectively.
  • Planning and organizing team workflows to manage multiple projects successfully.
  • Delivering projects on time, within budget, and with measurable results.
  • Anticipating challenges, proposing proactive solutions, and partnering with teams to resolve issues.
  • Demonstrating strong problem-solving skills while remaining flexible and adaptable.
  • Communicating confidently and persuasively in writing and in presentations to clients and internal teams.
  • Supporting revenue growth and identifying opportunities to expand client partnerships.
  • Staying current on industry trends, client business developments, and competitive activity to proactively inform strategy and recommendations.
  • Keeping pace with advancements in AI and emerging technologies, identifying practical opportunities to improve efficiency, enhance deliverables, and drive innovation at CTP.
  • Drafting scopes of work and fee estimates, and tracking client budgets with precision.
  • Mentoring junior team members, providing guidance, direction, and professional development support.

Requirements

  • Ability to commute to our Boston office 2x/week (Tuesday and Wednesday).
  • A minimum of 4-7 years experience in Account Management.
  • Expert proficiency in MS Office Suite & Google Suite

Preferred

  • Former agency experience preferred.
