Job Description

Drive end-to-end in-store marketing programs, coordinating scope, timelines, and budgets while managing supplier relationships and team performance.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the intake and management of incoming in-store marketing requests, ensuring program scope, timelines, and budget parameters are accurately captured and stakeholders are kept informed at every stage. Maintain visibility across all active programs through organized tracking systems, proactively identifying and resolving risks or delays before they impact delivery.
  • Develop accurate, on-time quotes for in-store display and marketing programs by coordinating with print, production, and creative resources, while serving as the senior point of accountability between internal creative teams and external supplier contacts to guide artwork through review cycles and final approval.
  • Coordinate with internal teams — operations, creative, procurement, and sales — to ensure programs are executed on time and on budget; communicate status, resolve escalated issues, and deliver clear invoice reporting.
  • Build and maintain strong senior-level relationships with assigned supplier partners and retail contacts, serving as a trusted and reliable point of accountability throughout each program lifecycle. Represent the interests of our retail partner internally, ensuring every program is designed and executed in alignment with store operations, visual standards, and field team requirements.
  • Directly manage and develop two Account Executives, providing day-to-day coaching, clear direction on priorities and deliverables, and consistent feedback that supports their professional growth. Set a high standard for the team's work product, responsiveness, and stakeholder communication — modeling the behaviors and ownership mindset expected at every level. Conduct regular one-on-ones, contribute to performance reviews, and actively invest in building a team culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
  • Lead the development and refinement of team workflows and standard operating procedures, identifying inefficiencies and implementing solutions that strengthen program quality and client service.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Operations, or a related field or equivalent professional experience.
  • 4+ years of experience in account management, marketing operations, field marketing, or related discipline, with demonstrated growth in responsibility over time.
  • Prior experience managing or formally mentoring others, with a track record of developing people and holding a team to a high standard.
  • Strong relationship management skills; confident and polished communication with supplier partners, retail contacts, and internal stakeholders at multiple levels.
  • Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple programs and priorities simultaneously without losing momentum.
  • Clear, confident written and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate complex program details into concise, actionable information.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); comfortable learning new tools and platforms quickly.

Preferred

  • Experience in retail, CPG, field marketing, shopper marketing, or agency environments.
  • Familiarity with in-store marketing, promotional print production, or merchandising programs.
  • Experience with project management or workflow tools (e.g., Monday.com, Asana, or similar platforms).
