Job Description
Responsibilities
- Lead earned media execution across multiple client accounts
- Consistently secure high-quality media placements
- Develop and pitch strong, timely story angles
- Build and maintain relationships with media contacts
- Write and refine press materials and messaging
- Support influencer initiatives as part of integrated campaigns
- Mentor Account Executives and contribute to team development
- Participate in strategy, planning, and client communications
Requirements
- 3–5+ years of public relations experience (agency preferred)
- Proven ability to pitch and secure meaningful media coverage
- Experience in hospitality and tourism PR preferred
- Strong understanding of the media landscape
- Excellent writing and storytelling skills
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities
- Strong communication and client-facing skills
Preferred
- Track record of securing notable or top-tier placements
- Existing media relationships you actively leverage
- Ability to think strategically while executing efficiently
- Experience mentoring or guiding junior team members
