Job Summary

Own the on-site security and dispatch routine for a technology-location, coordinating incident response, ticketing, and stakeholder updates with calm problem solving, clear documentation, and logs that feed operations.

  • Operations & Dispatch: Manage calls, officer status, and logs to keep daily security tasks flowing smoothly.
  • Incident Response & Communication: Monitor sensors, relay alerts, and update site contacts and responders during incidents.
  • Location Tech Adherence: Enforce access procedures and after-hours policies to deter disruptions and protect sensitive areas.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or vendors by carrying out site-specific procedures, access-related protocols, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
  • Monitor communication systems, cameras, alarms, and/or other dispatch tools to receive, prioritize, and relay information regarding incidents, service requests, and security-related concerns across the location.
  • Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting details and communicating updates to site contacts, supervisors, and/or emergency responders as appropriate.
  • Coordinate routine and urgent dispatch activity by assigning calls, tracking officer status, and maintaining accurate logs, reports, and records related to daily operations.
  • Support a technology-focused location by helping to deter disruptions, reporting unusual activity, and following established policies for sensitive areas, equipment, and/or after-hours activity.

Requirements

  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
