Responsibilities

• Helps maintain PR product closet inventory and organization
• Facilitates daily PR send-outs, updating in PR tracker (100-200 per month)
• Assists in sourcing influencers for monthly lists, events, and targeted mailers from competing brands and Tribe
• Maintains organization of posts, campaigns, and influencer information in Tribe
• Keeps up and engages with all Rare Beauty posts and DMs via Instagram and Tribe
• Completes daily end of day report, flagging potential partnerships, product reviews, influencer life requests, etc.
• Assists with preparation and setup for monthly PR events
• Helps brainstorm/plan PR event ideas and details
• Assists with Press/Media requests
• Assists the PR Director with PR admin tasks (pitch grid, awards grid)

Requirements

• Strong passion for all things beauty, influencer, and social media
• Motivated self-starter with the ability to work both independently as well as collaboratively
• Strong time management skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency with MS Office tools including PowerPoint, Word, Excel
• Knowledge of FedEx Shipping Manager
• Highly organized with impeccable attention to detail
• Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
• Must live in Los Angeles area and be in office Monday, Wednesday, Thursday

Preferred

• Experience with creator platforms such as Tribe is a plus
