Job Summary

Own the local listing health for a cannabis brand across GP and Apple Biz profiles, guarding accuracy, rankings, and review quality in a regulated space.

  • Local Listings Ownership: Manage GP and Apple listings across locations, update hours, categories, descriptions, and photos.
  • Reputation & Compliance: Monitor reviews, flag policy issues, and preserve listing health in a regulated industry.
  • Local SEO & Reporting: Lead schema, localized pages, keyword tracking, and cross-channel reporting of rankings, traffic, and revenue attribution.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain all Google Business Profile and Apple Business Connect listings across multiple locations and directories
  • Update listing information including business hours, holiday hours, categories, attributes, services, descriptions, and photos
  • Ensure NAP consistency across all listings, citations, and platforms
  • Monitor and optimize local search rankings, visibility, and customer engagement metrics
  • Oversee review monitoring and response workflows across Google Business Profile and Apple Business Connect
  • Identify and escalate fake, duplicate, policy-violating reviews, and listing issues
  • Support local SEO initiatives including schema markup, localized landing pages, and keyword tracking
  • Utilize platforms including Marqii, Ahrefs, GA4, Google Search Console, and Google Sheets for reporting and optimization
  • Produce weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports on rankings, traffic, impressions, conversions, and revenue attribution
  • Analyze performance trends and identify underperforming locations for optimization opportunities

Requirements

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a proven ability to write in a journalistic style that is customary for external publications.
  • Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
  • Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Must be at least 21 years of age and able to obtain/maintain a New Jersey cannabis license.
  • An associate's degree in Public Relations, Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field is required.

Preferred

  • Knowledge in the Cannabis industry and Advertising rules and regulations is a PLUS!
