Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Conduct keyword and prompt research, including mining, segmentation, and mapping.
  • Perform competitive and gap analyses to identify opportunities for visibility and growth.
  • Execute on-page optimizations (metadata, internal linking, content structure).
  • Support content strategy through research, ideation, and ongoing performance insights.
  • Pull and synthesize performance data from GA4 and other analytics/SEO tools to develop initial reports.
  • Assist with content-side SEO/GEO execution and optimization.
  • Work within CMS workflows and apply basic HTML/CSS/JavaScript as needed for light optimization tasks.
  • Leverage generative AI tools for research, ideation, prompt development, and content support.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with content, analytics, operations, and other teams to drive cohesive execution.
  • Assist with campaign builds and structural setup, including support for large-scale initiatives.

Requirements

  • 1-2+ years of experience in Marketing or similar function
  • Strong understanding of core SEO best practices (on-page, content optimization, keyword research)
  • Experience working with analytics tools such as GA4, Google Search Console, and third-party SEO platforms (e.g., Semrush, Ahrefs, Moz)
  • Familiarity with paid search platforms and campaign management fundamentals (Google AdWords, Microsoft Ads, Search Ads 360)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Clear, concise verbal and written communication
  • Ability to form and communicate a point of view based on data
  • Proactive mindset with the ability to identify opportunities and recommend improvements
  • Detail-oriented approach to reporting, QA, and campaign hygiene
  • Ability to travel up to 5 days per quarter for Together Weeks, team gatherings and other events, when applicable.
