Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Support the execution of marketing and communications campaigns across digital and print platforms.
  • Draft and edit content for newsletters, press releases, website updates, and social media channels, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and AP style.
  • Assist in maintaining and organizing marketing assets, including presentations, collateral, and visual content.
  • Coordinate logistics and communications for events, workshops, and stakeholder engagements.
  • Conduct research to support storytelling, reporting, and strategic messaging initiatives.
  • Monitor and report on engagement metrics to inform marketing performance and optimization.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure consistent, high-quality communication.

Requirements

  • A high school diploma and relevant program experience. A bachelors degree may be substituted for the required program experience.

Preferred

  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, Photoshop; preferred)
  • Experience with Canva or similar design platforms
  • Familiarity with email marketing tools (e.g., Constant Contact or Klaviyo)
  • Understanding of social media analytics and performance tracking
  • Experience with project management tools (e.g., Basecamp or Monday.com)
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
