You will own the planning and execution of Thunder retail initiatives, coordinating product needs, event setup, campaigns, and on-site operations while upholding brand standards and partnering with internal teams and vendors.

Job Description

Responsibilities

Track and fulfill internal product requests, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery
Assist with retail event set-up, breakdown, and occasional on-site operations
Support photoshoots and brand campaigns by preparing products, organizing sets, and assisting with visual execution
Compile and pull monthly financial reports to support business tracking and analysis
Maintain retail displays to meet Thunder brand standards and present a polished, professional environment
Collaborate with internal teams, vendors, and partners to coordinate retail needs and ensure seamless execution
Assist in developing collection briefs to guide product storytelling and retail activations
Ensure brand guidelines are upheld across all retail touchpoints, while supporting the execution of limited- edition collections and attire
Support and assist with gameday activations, including set-up, execution, and on-site retail operations
Uphold Thunder brand values through a professional, service-first approach in all interactions

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years of age
Proficient in Excel and eager to learn additional software or programs
Motivated self-starter with the ability to complete tasks independently and as part of a team
Detail-oriented and committed to executing high-quality events from planning to completion
Highly motivated and ability to present yourself with professionalism
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
