Job Summary

Own guest experience and event storytelling for a nightlife venue, balancing front-of-house hospitality with social content creation and event marketing to drive attendance.

  • Front-of-house leadership: greet guests, manage VIP reservations, and ensure premium service across all touchpoints.
  • Operations + collaboration: sync with hosts, bar, servers, DJs, security, and management to deliver seamless evenings.
  • Content & promotions: own social content, promo graphics, live-event capture, sponsorship coordination, and themed-promotion ideas.

Job Description

  • Manage the front desk and provide exceptional customer service while greeting guests and creating a welcoming first impression.
  • Handle VIP reservations, table bookings, guest inquiries, and entrance flow.
  • Coordinate with hosts, bartenders, servers, DJs, security, and management to ensure an exceptional guest experience throughout the evening.
  • Create engaging content for Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok, including Reels, Stories, photos, videos, and promotional content.
  • Design professional flyers and promotional graphics using Canva (Adobe Photoshop is a plus).
  • Capture exciting content during live events to showcase the venue and promote upcoming events.
  • Spend scheduled office hours creating marketing content, checking emails, making calls, confirming reservations, booking VIP tables, and responding to customer inquiries.
  • Generate fresh ideas for themed parties, promotions, and special events that enhance the guest experience and drive attendance.
  • Help secure liquor brand sponsorships and coordinate promotional elements that elevate themed events.
  • Stay current with hospitality, restaurant, bar, nightlife, and social media trends to keep 46 Lounge fresh, relevant, and engaging.
