Responsibilities

• Content Creation & Distribution (50%)
• - Create posts, carousel, and Reels for Instagram and Facebook
• - Use Canva, AI tools, and other platforms to produce high-quality visual/video content
• - Tailor content to each platform's format and audience
• - Support the paid media team with creative assets and A/B testing
• Performance & Strategy (20%)
• - Track key metrics (reach, engagement, follower growth, conversions)
• - Identify top-performing content patterns and formats
• - Summarize results and recommend improvements
• - Help with content planning, scheduling, and publishing

Requirements

• Genuine interest in social media, with solid knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and Reddit
• 6+ months' experience in social media content or a related field
• Passion for K–12 education
• Basic graphic design knowledge (e.g., layout, typography, visual branding)
• Familiarity with Canva and AI content tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Canva AI features)
• Basic understanding of social performance metrics and analytics
• Strong writing, organization, and collaboration skills
• Self-starter who can juggle multiple projects
• Bilingual in Mandarin is required

Preferred

• Short-form video shooting or editing experience (Reels/TikTok)
• Paid social or A/B testing experience
• Familiarity with scheduling/analytics tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Metricool)
• Knowledge of the U.S. K–12 or parent audience market
