Job Summary

Support a small-business client as a part-time remote assistant focusing on social media tasks, content writing, and content review.

  • Own scheduling and posting for social media and monitor client communications.
  • Must-have: Highly detail-oriented with experience in Google Drive/Calendar and Microsoft Office.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Scheduling social media posts
  • Running social media posts
  • Monitoring incoming phone calls
  • Writing client content such as blog posts and newsletters
  • Reviewing content from other writers
  • Maintaining our project management software

Requirements

  • Passion to serve small business owners who need help
  • The ability to motivate yourself and work without the owner being in the office
  • Highly detail-oriented
  • Understanding of Google Drive and Google Calendar
  • Understanding of how to use Microsoft Office
  • Flexibility to work 10 to 20 hours per week (part-time)
