Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the liaison between the division and corporate marketing to align regional insights with national planning
  • Integrate marketing strategy with sales execution to improve communication, foster accountability and maximize revenue
  • Oversee the implementation of divisional and community-level campaigns across nationally managed channels
  • Analyze regional market performance, competitive positioning, inventory status, and customer trends to inform marketing strategy recommendations
  • Partner closely with divisional sales leadership, divisional marketing managers, and operations teams to understand sales priorities, challenges, and opportunities
  • Collaborate with national channel teams (paid media, CRM/lifecycle, organic social, content, etc.) to develop division-specific campaign approaches
  • Manage intake, prioritization, and execution timelines between divisional teams and corporate marketing
  • Ensure brand standards, governance policies, and marketing compliance requirements are maintained across all regional initiatives
  • Support annual, quarterly, and community-level planning processes by aligning divisional needs with national marketing strategies
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives that enhance collaboration, communication flow, and marketing execution efficiency between field and national teams

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
  • 5+ years of progressive experience in marketing strategy, field marketing, commercial marketing, or integrated marketing environments
  • Knowledge of integrated marketing strategy development and performance measurement within a multi-channel, nationally managed marketing environment.
  • Strong analytical and strategic planning skills with the ability to translate business objectives into actionable marketing initiatives
  • Proven ability to influence and align senior sales and marketing leaders
  • Strong computer skills are required. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and the ability to learn new programs/systems quickly is essential

Preferred

  • Experience within homebuilding, real estate or multi-location consumer businesses preferred
  • Exposure to MarTech systems including CRM, paid media platforms, analytics dashboards, and digital campaign management tools
  • Experience aligning marketing strategy to revenue forecasting and sales operations
