Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with professional referral sources
• Visit, call, email, and follow up with dental, medical, orthodontic, chiropractic, ENT, pediatric, school, and community contacts
• Help referral sources understand what types of patients are appropriate for our practice
• Track referral activity, source quality, and patient volume by source
• Coordinate basic marketing and outreach efforts, including social media coordination, email campaigns, event promotion, and campaign tracking
• Help organize outreach campaigns, professional events, school or parent outreach, and community education opportunities
• Communicate professionally with referral sources, patients, and the internal team
• Follow through on tasks without needing constant reminders
• Report what is working, what is not working, and where follow-up is needed
