Responsibilities

• 2) Manage invitations, RSVPs, guest lists, venue coordination, and event logistics
• 3) Coordinate vendors, catering, gifts, and event materials
• 4) Attend events to ensure smooth execution, as needed
• 6) Manage ongoing communication with referral partners and prospects
• 7) Coordinate invitations, follow-ups, thank-you messages, and event outreach
• 8) Assist with maintaining consistent Partner touchpoints throughout the year
• 9) Help ensure referral partners receive a best-in-class experience
• 11) Maintain accurate referral partner records and activity tracking
• 12) Update CRM systems and referral databases
• 13) Generate reports and track referral program KPIs

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in event planning, marketing coordination, business development support, client relations, or a similar role
• Exceptional organizational and project management skills
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with attention to detail
• Professional, polished, and relationship-focused demeanor
• Experience with CRM systems and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace
• Event planning experience preferred
• Legal, professional services, or business development experience is a plus
