Responsibilities

• Capture real estate photos that make people stop scrolling and start clicking
• Film compelling walkthroughs, lifestyle footage, and team content that sells the story
• Shoot events, behind-the-scenes, and content for our brand and partners
• Edit fast, clean, and on-brand using our in-house systems
• Upload your media same-day with accuracy and consistency
• Deliver and place signage and lockboxes when needed
• Join our team in building one of the most elite real estate media libraries on the East Coast

• You know how to make something LOOK GOOD and MOVE FAST
• You take direction like a pro and can handle feedback without ego
• You’re passionate about visual storytelling and constantly improving your craft
• You thrive in a fast-paced, high-standard culture where details matter
• You’re tech-savvy and know your way around media platforms, editing software, and mobile tools
• You have a clean driving record and reliable transportation
• You’re reliable, resourceful, and ready to show up big

Preferred

• Experience in real estate photography is welcome but not required.
