Responsibilities

  • Organize property listings, client databases, and CRM systems to support leads.
  • Assist with scheduling appointments, showings, and meetings to keep pipelines moving.
  • Coordinate client follow-ups, feedback requests, and email communications.
  • Manage day-to-day operational tasks, ensuring deadlines are met efficiently.
  • Track performance, optimize spend, and report on ROI.
  • Track and report on analytics for email campaigns and website traffic.
  • Create geo-targeted ads across Facebook, Instagram, and Google.
  • Design and send targeted postcards to reach buyers and sellers directly.
  • Write SEO-friendly blog posts or articles for the website to increase organic traffic.
  • Ensure consistency in tone, visuals, and messaging across all platforms.
  • Assist with the organization of in-person client events and community outreach efforts.
  • Collect and analyze feedback from clients to improve services.
  • Brainstorm and execute unique ideas for building client loyalty and fostering long-term relationships.

Requirements

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft applications.
  • Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and manage competing priorities.
  • Strong communication and writing skills.
