Quickly own the admin and marketing support backbone for a real estate developer, coordinating content posting, listings updates, and on-site marketing tasks with strong organizational rigor.

  • Responsibilities: Content posting, caller handling, listings maintenance, and broad marketing support to keep operations moving.
  • Requirements: Proficiency in MS Office and Canva, familiarity with Meta/Wordpress, ability to create reels, and light graphic editing.

  • Maintain listings on company website
  • Assist with all marketing efforts

Requirements

  • Experience required
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Canva or similar software
  • Familiar with Facebook, Instagram, Meta and Wordpress
  • Ability to create reels & short videos
  • Basic graphic design & photo editing
