Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate closely with the proposal management team, leading early research and participating in discovery to clarify client objectives, decision criteria, stakeholders, and key business drivers
  • Build concise pursuit briefs that define win themes, narrative arc, and proof points for each opportunity
  • Translate client requirements, business objectives, and challenges across RFP and non-RFP opportunities into clear, compelling narratives and win strategies
  • Create and maintain a modular presentation system in Adobe InDesign and PowerPoint that is brand aligned and easy to tailor by industry, service, and stage
  • Develop new slides, graphics, and case histories from sales and SME inputs
  • Prepare presenter outlines, assign roles, and facilitate run-throughs so the team is synchronized for interviews
  • Coordinate schedules, reviews, and action logs so work stays on time and aligned
  • Join select client calls, present sections of the pitch, and manage professional follow ups
  • Partner with Proposal Management on timing, alignment, and interview readiness
  • Work with pursuit and solutioning teams to shape non-standard requirements and document decisions for the pitch

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in pursuits, pitch strategy, sales enablement, proposal support, or adjacent B2B services marketing
  • Ability to translate business objectives, client challenges, and cross-functional inputs into clear, differentiated narratives and win strategies
  • Strong storytelling and synthesis skills, with the ability to distill complex inputs into simple, compelling messages and a cohesive point of view
  • Experience working across multiple stakeholders and subject matter experts, with the ability to align inputs, challenge assumptions, and refine positioning
  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe InDesign and Microsoft PowerPoint, including experience building modular presentation systems
  • Strong visual communication and content structuring skills
  • Solid project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple concurrent pursuits and deadlines
  • Experience supporting complex, multi-stakeholder or enterprise-level sales environments
  • Portfolio demonstrating presentation systems, pitch materials, or case histories
  • Confident facilitator and presenter, comfortable working with executives and cross-functional teams

Preferred

  • Strong writing and editing skills preferred
  • Familiarity with merchandise marketing, print, consumer marketing, or uniform business preferred
  • Experience with pursuit or capture-style methodologies in professional services or complex enterprise deals preferred
