Job Summary

Own the people side of the business by directing employee relations, engagement, and community partnerships with a focus on measurable culture health and DEI-aligned outreach.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Serve as primary point of contact for employee relations, ensuring fair and timely resolution.
  • Develop and implement engagement programs to boost morale, retention, and workplace satisfaction.
  • Advise managers on employee relations best practices, policies, and procedures.
  • Conduct investigations related to workplace complaints, conflicts, or policy violations.
  • Partner with leadership to foster an inclusive, transparent workplace culture.
  • Track, analyze, and report on engagement metrics, exit trends, and surveys.
  • Act as liaison with community partners, nonprofits, and local stakeholders.
  • Plan and coordinate community outreach initiatives, volunteer programs, and partnerships.
  • Represent the organization at community events, networking functions, and public meetings.
  • Align community engagement activities with DEI strategy and social responsibility goals.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Public Administration or related field.
  • Five years of experience in project or program management, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Valid State of Georgia Driver’s License or mobility equivalent may be requested.

Preferred

  • A thorough knowledge of fiscal administration, technology management and communications is preferred.

The establishment of the Office of Court Administration aimed to oversee the planning, business functions, and operational support of the Superior Court Judicial Divisions. This includes managing budgeting and accounting, personnel administration, resource management, systems and facilities management, court program development, and supervision for the Superior Court.Among its areas of responsibility, the Court Administrator's Office provides public information officers to assist more than 175,000 citizens annually. It also schedules interpreters for non-English and hearing-impaired parties, coordinates the court-mandated Seminar for Divorcing Parents, and supervises and administers jury management services for DeKalb Courts, the Family Law Information Center, and the Drug Court program. Additionally, the office oversees the administration of the Alternative Dispute Resolution Trust Fund and the Law Library Trust Fund Boards.The Court Administrator's Office also coordinates courthouse tours, allows courtrooms to be used for mock trial competitions, and schedules courtroom observations for visiting dignitaries.
