Job Description
Responsibilities
- Develop and distribute press releases, media alerts, and other PR materials to relevant media contacts.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with journalists, bloggers, and influencers to secure media coverage.
- Coordinate and support events, press conferences, and public appearances to promote the organization.
- Monitor media coverage and prepare regular reports analyzing PR campaign effectiveness.
- Collaborate with marketing and social media teams to ensure consistent messaging across all channels.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in public relations, media communications, or a similar role.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail.
- Proven ability to develop compelling content and pitch stories to media effectively.
- Familiarity with media monitoring tools and PR software.
- Strong organizational and project management abilities to juggle multiple tasks.
