Job Summary

Own executive-level PR operations and calendar discipline for a head of Brand Communications, while shaping press monitoring, reporting, and internal communications that keep the PR machine aligned with real time news.

  • Operations & governance: Manage calendar, travel, expenses, and briefing materials for the executive and PR crew.
  • Media workflow: Oversee press roundups, RL News input, and a biweekly internal press newsletter.
  • PR support & events: Maintain press lists, support events, product seeding, and on-site coverage for press-driven initiatives.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Calendar management, travel arrangements, and expense tracking for executive; prepare briefs and presentations.
  • Support the Head of Global Brand Communications and PR team with admin, including updating contacts and org charts.
  • Assist PR team with planning and executing team programming and holiday calendars.
  • Prepare written materials such as memos and meeting agendas.
  • Schedule domestic and international travel for the Head of Brand Communications as needed.
  • Submit and track expenses via corporate card with Accounts Payable and ensure timely approvals.
  • Distribute daily roundup of competitive and relevant press and flag major mentions in real time.
  • Input key press into the RL News daily roundup and lead a biweekly brand press newsletter.
  • Develop press coverage recaps for PR & Brand moments and maintain press distribution lists.
  • Assist with product seeding, gifting, and on-site support for press-driven events.

Requirements

  • Strong internship or professional experience ideally in a fast-paced environment.
  • Highly motivated with willingness to learn and proactive in approach.
  • Agility and strong decision-making, with the ability to multitask.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication; team player and collaborative attitude.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
