Responsibilities
- Conduct meet ups with customers for service follow-ups and feedback
- Handle customer inquiries in-person
- Perform data entry to update customer records accurately
- Analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate services or products
- Provide exceptional client services by addressing concerns promptly and professionally
- Utilize professional etiquette skills to communicate effectively with
- Assist with sales inquiries and promote products or services when applicable
Requirements
- Proven experience in customer service or related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with office software applications for data entry and documentation
- Ability to analyze information and problem-solve efficiently
Preferred
- Bachelors in a related field preferred
- Prior experience in outbound calling is advantageous
