Responsibilities

• Assist with planning and executing promotional events, community events, and brand activations .
• Represent client brands at events and create positive customer experiences.
• Assist with event setup, breakdown, logistics, and on-site coordination.
• Engage with customers and members of the community in a professional and friendly manner.
• Support event promotions, marketing campaigns, and brand awareness initiatives .
• Help coordinate event materials, schedules, supplies, and team assignments.
• Communicate with clients, team members, event partners, and customers.
• Assist with social media and content related to events and promotions.
• Participate in team meetings and brainstorming sessions to develop new event ideas.
• Provide general administrative and organizational support as needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills .
• Friendly, confident, and comfortable interacting with the public.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced event environment .
• Positive attitude, professional appearance, and strong work ethic.
• Team-oriented with a willingness to learn and take initiative.
• Previous experience in events, marketing, promotions, customer service, or public relations is a plus but not required.
