Responsibilities

• Support the development and execution of public relations and marketing campaigns
• Represent the company at promotional events, community initiatives, and client activations
• Serve as a professional brand ambassador while interacting with customers, clients, and community members
• Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, stakeholders, and consumers
• Collaborate with internal teams and leadership to ensure effective communication strategies
• Assist with event planning, coordination, and brand promotion efforts
• Develop communication strategies that strengthen brand awareness and public perception
• Provide support and guidance to client representatives on effective customer and public interactions
• Monitor campaign performance and identify opportunities for improvement
• Partner with management to align advertising, marketing, and public relations initiatives
