Responsibilities

• Track leads and pursuits; share information necessary for Go/No-Go discussion
• Create proposal plans/outlines
• Coordinate and attend RFQ kick-off calls
• Participate in pursuit strategy discussions and messaging development
• Help identify opportunities to strengthen proposal content and processes
• Request and collect materials needed from consultants
• Pro-actively compile answers and information to produce RFQ drafts; lead page-turn reviews
• Incorporate edits provided by leadership
• Finalize content and layout to ensure completion of proposal(s) by established deadline(s)
• Engage in best practices for quality review, timely production and proposal close-out

Requirements

• 4-5(+) years in marketing and proposal development experience
• Bachelor’s degree in relevant field
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
• Exemplary commitment to quality
• Strategic and critical thinking
• Proficiency in InDesign (knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office preferable)
