Job Summary
You will own hands-on brand representation at live events, engaging customers face-to-face, explaining offerings, guiding sign-ups or purchases, and tracking campaign outcomes while collaborating with your team to reach targets and participate in ongoing training.

Responsibilities
- Set up and represent client brands at events and retail locations
- Approach and engage customers directly, face-to-face
- Explain products, services, and current promotions clearly
- Help customers through sign-ups, registrations, or purchases
- Keep accurate records of customer interactions and campaign results
- Work with the team to hit event and campaign targets
- Take part in regular training sessions
Preferred
- Previous experience in events, promotions, retail, hospitality, or customer service is helpful but not required.
