Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Project Planning and Execution
  • Have strong organizational, time management, and documentation skills; attention to detail, even under pressure.
  • Develop and execute project plans, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
  • Monitor and manage project timelines, resources, and budgets to ensure successful completion.
  • Participate in weekly calls with sponsorship properties, providing updates on ticket requests and event logistics
  • Ensure clear communication of project milestones, objectives, and potential roadblocks.
  • Provide weekly updates to management team, outlining project status’ and next steps, by leveraging software tools (Monday.com, Google suite)
  • Secure phone lines for various brand influencer needs
  • Oversee all regional ticket requests via Monday.com board by properly communicating with requestors, partners and management for approvals.

Requirements

  • 3+ years experience in marketing / sponsorships / hospitality / project management
  • Familiar with using monday.com, Microsoft Office suite, Google Enterprise suite of products (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Forms)
  • Event-related travel: up to 20%
  • Thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong flexibility to respond to changing priorities and needs
  • Natural project manager, organized and detail-oriented
  • Working efficiently under pressure with careful attention to detail
  • Connecting across multiple teams
  • Meet strict deadlines with internal and external stakeholders
  • Timely, effective, and professional communication (both verbal and written)
