Job Description

Responsibilities
  • The Population Health Coordinator- Creative Content & Programs and Digital Media is responsible for the development of innovative social media, promotional design, and content strategies that support awareness and engagement of The Shirvan Family Live Well Center and Population Health's new and existing programs.
  • Deliver multi-disciplinary work including strategy, marketing, copywriting, graphic design and a social media strategy and presence.
  • Filming and editing on-site programming at the Live Well Center.
  • Present design rationale and advocate for their work while remaining open to inputs and alternative perspectives.
  • Articulate the vision, in both verbal and visual means, is critical to the success in this role.
  • The Coordinator provides, as needed, front-line support for the Live Well Center team, including day to day program support and front desk operations.
  • Responsible for specific administrative tasks including knowledge for collecting, organizing, and summarizing information/data and providing presentations.
Requirements
  • 1-3 years of experience with Creative Content & Programs and Digital Media required
  • Bachelor's Degree required
  • Current driver’s license required and access to a vehicle
