  • Ensure accurate metadata tagging of assets in the DAM for easy access.
  • Provide on-site support and cross‑functional coordination with marketing, merchandising, and store ops.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate logistical elements of photo and video productions, including schedules, documentation, and shoot preparation.
  • Support the Producer and Creative Manager in managing production timelines and deliverables.
  • Facilitate communication between marketing, merchandising, store operations, and other internal and external stakeholders.
  • Track and manage products shipped for productions, ensuring timely arrival, organization, and return.
  • Maintain detailed records related to product usage and production needs.
  • Upload creative assets to the internal digital asset management platform.
  • Tag and organize assets with accurate metadata (SKUs, campaign names, locations, photographers, etc.) to ensure accessibility across teams.
  • Provide on-site production support during local and out-of-state shoots.
  • Assist with styling and creative support as needed.
  • Support vendor coordination and documentation related to productions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Film, Art, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in marketing coordination, project coordination, or a related role preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Hybrid position; must be able to work from the Brentwood, TN office several days a week.
  • Must have reliable transportation with the ability to travel occasionally for in and out-of-state productions.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours during productions, including early mornings or extended days as needed.
