Job Description

Responsibilities

Develop technical proficiency in TDR and AWG product lines
Build a deep understanding of customer use cases, market needs, competitive offerings, and Teledyne LeCroy advantages
Craft compelling product messaging and value propositions for sales and marketing
Maintain detailed competitive analysis resources and sales enablement tools
Provide technical guidance, demonstrations, and strategic selling support to global sales teams
Engage directly with customers to understand requirements and gather feedback for product improvements.
Develop launch materials, including pricing recommendations, demos, training content, and competitive positioning assets.
Collaborate with engineering, operations, and marketing teams to support new product introductions following defined processes.
Travel (~20%) both domestically and internationally to customer sites, trade shows, and technical events

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related technical field
Familiarity with VNAs, TDRs, AWGs, oscilloscopes, and related test and measurement equipment
Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable insights
Ability to work cross-functional across engineering, sales, and operations
Interest in developing product management skills

Preferred

Experience with signal integrity or high‑speed serial data measurements
Programming experience with Python, MATLAB, or Visual Basic
Customer-facing or customer‑support experience
