Own the end-to-end setup, execution, and optimization of online promotions across product, category, brand, and sitewide areas, ensuring accuracy and cross-team alignment while continuously refreshing campaigns to drive engagement and conversions.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Set up and maintain online product, category, brand, and sitewide promotions to support ecommerce sales, marketing campaigns, seasonal events, and manufacturer programs.
  • Build and manage promotional website content, including sale pages, featured product groupings, brand promotions, limited-time offers, and campaign-specific merchandising updates.
  • Create custom website categories and product collections for marketing initiatives, manufacturer rebates, seasonal promotions, featured brands, and special sales events.
  • Verify promotional accuracy before launch, including eligible products, pricing, discount details, start and end dates, rebate information, messaging, and customer-facing presentation.
  • Partner with internal teams to ensure promotions are properly represented across product listings, category pages, brand pages, landing pages, and other key areas of the website.
  • Assist with manufacturer rebate setup by organizing qualifying products, supporting rebate messaging, and ensuring customers can easily identify eligible items.
  • Monitor active promotions to confirm they are displaying correctly, functioning as intended, and aligned with current campaign requirements.
  • Update, remove, or refresh promotional content as campaigns change, expire, or require additional product support.
  • Maintain clean and organized promotional structures that improve customer navigation, support marketing goals, and help drive conversion.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Creative thinking and a passion for enhancing the online shopping experience.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred

  • Experience in digital shelf, e-commerce, retail, or related roles.
  • Hand Tool, Power Tool, and/or Power Equipment Knowledge
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and best practices.
  • Salesforce Commerce Cloud knowledge
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to derive insights from data.
