Responsibilities

• Creative Ideation
• Brainstorm and contribute ideas for new projects and support the ideation and execution of in-house content.
• Stay on top of trending and top-performing content to inform new strategies and creative concepts.
• Production Support
• Support the Senior Content Producer in all logistical aspects of in-house production.
• Assist in the organization and creation of all necessary production materials, including shot lists, schedules, scripts, and creative briefs.
• Ensure all team members are kept informed of any changes to the schedule, location, or project requirements in a timely manner.
• Document and track production progress, maintaining accurate records and managing files for easy reference.
• Talent Sourcing
• Identify and source on-camera talent that aligns with Wavytalk's brand aesthetic and content goals.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in content production, video production, or a related field (internship experience welcome).
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
• A genuine passion for content creation, social media, and beauty or lifestyle brands.
• Familiarity with social media platforms — especially TikTok and Instagram — and an understanding of what makes content perform.
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative, team-first attitude.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment and adapt quickly to change.
• Experience on set (even in a support capacity).
• Must be willing to come in to the office 4 days a week.
• A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with strong attention to detail.
