Own the end-to-end branded content hunt and deal flow, turning brand KPIs into multi-channel concepts while leading production from concept to post.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Revenue & Partnership Sourcing: Proactively identify and secure brand-funded content opportunities across audio, video, social and live events including digital series, brand-supported television, and podcasts that align with GSE’s brand
  • Agency & Brand Liaison: Cultivate and maintain strategic relationships with brand reps and media/advertising agency partners to source and track brand-funded opportunities
  • Creative Strategy & Pitching: Translate brand KPIs into compelling content concepts; lead the preparation of visual and written pitch materials for potential partners
  • Internal Collaboration: Partner with internal Corporate Partnership teams to provide creative strategy and storytelling support for existing and prospective organization partners
  • Project Leadership: Spearhead the development and production aspects of both digital and linear branded content to ensure creative excellence and partner satisfaction
  • Business Operations: Manage project-specific production budgets, timelines, and business logistics to ensure commercial viability and ROI
  • Market Intelligence: Keep up to date on industry trends within the ad-supported and brand-funded content space
  • Brand Advocacy: Represent GSE with external partners, upholding brand standards and a commitment to inclusive storytelling and IP innovation
  • Other duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in Marketing/Communication/Film and Television, or equivalent work experience
  • 3 - 5 years in branded content development, partnership sales, or creative strategy for an entertainment/production/media company or reputable advertising agency that sources work directly from brands or agencies
  • Track record of securing brand funding through both direct-to-brand and agency-led channels
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Creative Suite, and presentation software (e.g., Keynote, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to "sell" a creative vision to corporate stakeholders
  • Ability to balance multiple projects in a fast-paced environment while managing client expectations and production deadlines

Preferred

  • Technical Production: Hands-on experience with self-shooting (DSLR/Mirrorless cameras) and audio capture
  • Post-Production: Proficiency in light non-linear editing (Adobe Premiere Pro) to create sizzle reels, social teasers, or pitch assets
  • Portfolio: A reel or portfolio demonstrating a strong visual aesthetic and storytelling capability.
